This was the best Christmas gift ever. I needed a larger one and the automatic lid, motion sensor is great. I do hate when I have to change the batteries but that is just personal preference. The lid will open and close either way. My family has a hard time with the insert to put trash bag in but I find it easy to do.

Best Size

I love it. it's very sturdy, great size. I had a different one previous, it was flimsy, hard to remove trash bag. 

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS ONE. My friend has this and I was very impressed and had to have it. 

Morning sensor, is awesome, I can turn it off and on. it is great. I'm loving it.

THE BEST MOTION SENSOR, BUILT TO LAST TRASH CAN!!

It's blends well with my stainless steel appliances. It's much larger than my prior one and will hold so much more. The automatic lid open sensor is great. I am please with the trash can, It is very modern and stylish.

I bought this after I saw my sisters in action.  I love the large capacity (uses large trash bags) and the automatic lid.  The sleek design looks great in my kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Automatic lid is convenient

I absolutely love the large capacity of this can.   I also love that it’s hands free.  What I’m struggling with is the size garbage bag this can needs.   The opening is bigger than a normal can (in my opinion) and a general, tall kitchen bag does not fit.   I measured the top, bought bags that should fit

Nice, stylish, hands free

I read some of the reviews but have anyone had a problem finding trash bags to fit this 21 gallon trash can.  I already had  a 20 gallon Glad trash can that I was replacing with the touch less Ninestars. However the trash bag which are for 21 gallons trash cans would not fit neither would the 30 gallons fit this Ninestars. I purchased 39 gallons Hefty trash bags (on sale) and they fit even though a little bigger. Has anybody else experienced this? 

The Ninestars 21 gallons touch less seems to be a good product. But I question the size. Well one thing for sure the commute to dump my trash. It's less now because of this trash can Lol

Finding the right size trash can

My trash can was delivered today. I met the driver in the parking lot and carried it the remainder of the way myself. Upon opening the package, I noticed that only one battery was included. I reached out via text to inquire about the remaining batteries but have not yet received a response. Also the lid has scratches on it and it supposed to be brand new. %26 it's dirty around the inside of the lid. If I'm paying for quality my expectations are high and I'm not impressed at all.

Extremely Dissatisfied.

I'm a frequent Walmart shopper. I had started to purchase a motion trash can , but a Walmart associate realize that it was damaged. So i put it back. I went to order 2 more trash cans online. Walmart delivered to me the same exact one that was damaged and the second one damage also. My point is why deliver the same damage product like I don't know. Walmart should inspect products thats not in a box before delivering to customers. The customer should always be happy. But nevertheless i surely was refunded the total amount. This needs to be a training for Walmart delivery team. Thankful for the ladies at customer service for being helpful.

Damage Product out for delivery

I purchased the NINESTARS 21.1-gallon Motion Sensor Stainless Steel Trash Can through the Walmart app. When it arrived at my home, it appeared to have been previously used. There were multiple scuff marks, dings, and scratches on the can. The protective seal tape on the top had been removed, and the lid was thrown inside the trash can.

I only provided two photos because I was so aggravated at the condition of the item.

As a result, I had to return the trash can and visit several stores to find a replacement. I am very dissatisfied with this experience.

Damaged/Used in appearance Trashcan

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the ninestars 21.1 gallon trashcan motion sensor I recently purchased. This is the second trashcan of this model I have bought, as I initially attributed the malfunctioning lid of the first one to user error.
However, the second trashcan also has a faulty lid, indicating a potential product defect. I am very disappointed with this experience and would strongly advise others against purchasing this particular product.
