I have seven cats, and this by far has been the best spray. Not any more expensive than the cheap brands that don't work, and cost you more money over time. A little goes a long way and stays effective for hours! So people visiting your home won't even know you have pets. A win win.

Multipack quantity

First time in using this. This is absolutely great for removing all odors.  I was using the Febreze Dog odor fabric removal and it worked but not like this one.  I just thought I would give it a try. What a difference.  Fantastic.  The regular dog odor removal spray didn't last long. This I mean it lasted a long time. How long, I don't know, but I know the smell, etc. great. The hospital fabric spray is just great. I will be ordering this from now on for dog odor, etc.

I've used this product for many years and it never disappoints. Smells great and dries quickly. Leaves the house fresh and fabulous. Budget friendly and would purchase again.

Great product for the money.

I like this better than the pet scent. It works much better, lasts longer. If you have tough odors in your furniture, pillows - I even use it on the bed  and curtains - this is a great product with a great smell.

Unfortunately, this is the second time where Walmart couldn't deliver %26 I received a refund, 
I didn't get my toilet paper, zip lock bags %26 2 other Fra breeze product(s).  That disappoints me.

not dependable

Febreze says they don't use heavy perfumes to cover up unwanted smells…oh but the do!!! This is the worst of the overwhelming, cooked up in a laboratory scents/smells. This doesn't smell like Krisp Clean  it smells like a laboratory of fake flowers smells exploded! Why can't Febreze make an affordable unscented product?

I loved the original "Heavy Duty - Crisp Clean" scent. Unfortunately, Febreze changed it in 2023 by "intensifying the fragrance" according to P%26G. The orignal had a nice clean scent, but was replaced with one that has no semblance of the original. The altered scent is overpowering and harsh. Gone is the "citrus and cumcumber" they described the original scent. Shortly after the change, sales became so poor for it in Canada, P%26G discontinued it entirely here. 

They should've made consumers aware of the scent change: a notice on the bottle, renaming it, etc. 

They lost a customer in me because of it.

Febreze shouldn't have changed the scent

Color

While you're holding it the top breaks off, spilling entire bottle onto floor. To prevent that, you either have to duct-tape the two parts of the bottle together *before* it comes apart, or transfer the contents to a different more secure spray bottle. The liquid itself works fine for getting rid of odors once you put it into a proper bottle.  If the manufacturer had any common sense they'd do a recall on these because the defective bottles are ruining the Febreze brand reputation.

Bottle breaks in your hand

It was broken and poured out all over the inside of my trunk and when I tried to contact you guys, you wanted me to bring it back to the store. Which is 15 minutes away from me for one bottle. It is absolutely ridiculous that there isn't an easier refund Than for me to have to use my gas and drive it all the way back there. I asked that you call me to discuss, but you can't talk to anybody on the phone. I am very dissatisfied. You guys did not try to help and to have me bring back a five dollar or eight dollar. I don't know how much it was when you guys put it in my bag broken in a plastic bag is ridiculous.
